What the gig needs
We are looking for pricing on Epson brand name computer peripherals for delivery to eligible agencies throughout the State of Louisiana.
- Products: Epson project hardware, project accessories, printer hardware, printer accessories, scanner hardware, and scanner accessories
- Condition: New, current-production items only; refurbished products are not acceptable
- Pricing: Quote retail price, discount percentage, and discounted price for each applicable item/category
- Delivery: F.O.B. destination with freight, inside delivery, unpacking, assembly, and debris removal included
- Lead time: Ability to deliver within 30 business days after order
- Support: Manufacturer warranty of at least one year, technical support hotline, and on-site installation/service options if available
