We are seeking quotes for environmental analytical and regulatory compliance services at Homestead Air Reserve Base in Homestead, Florida.
Service Scope: Provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and tools for quarterly, seasonal, and on-call environmental sampling and laboratory analysis.
BPA Limits: Up to three firm-fixed-price BPAs may be awarded, each with a $350,000 master limit and $10,000 call order limit.
Required Deliverables: Provide analysis reports, collection records, and quality assurance and quality control reports.
Certifications: Laboratories must be NELAC certified and hold all required county, state, and federal certifications, and contractors must have all necessary licenses or certifications.
Site Visit: An optional site visit is scheduled for July 31, 2026, at 10:00 AM EST, with complete base access forms due by July 23, 2026, at 9:00 AM EST.
Performance Period: The anticipated five-year ordering period is July 16, 2026, through July 15, 2031, with work performed under applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
