We are looking for pricing on elevator maintenance and repair services for multiple museum locations in New Orleans, Louisiana: 400 Esplanade Avenue, 751 Chartres Street, 701 Chartres Street, and 1000 Chartres Street.
Service term: From award through June 30, 2027, with monthly maintenance pricing
Maintenance frequency: Semi-monthly for passenger hydraulic elevators, every 2 weeks for traction elevator, and monthly for hydraulic freight elevator
Emergency service: 24-hour emergency callback coverage, including 30-minute response for entrapments and 2-hour response for normal calls
Requirements: Louisiana elevator licensing, OSFM-licensed mechanics, required inspections/tests, maintenance logs, onsite or nearby parts availability, and a mandatory jobsite visit before pricing
