REVISED COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION TEXT This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the hybrid commercial-construction procedures of RFO Subpart 12.6 (Streamlined Commercial Procedures) and RFO Part 36 (Construction), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA930126Q0024 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The 412th Test Wing at Edwards AFB, CA, requires the modernization of one (1) freight elevator and one (1) passenger elevator located in Building 1020.
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform the modernization as defined in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Site Visit: A site visit is HIGHLY ENCOURAGED for all potential offerors to ensure an accurate understanding of the facility and project scope. The site visit will be held on 24 August 2026 at 0900 PDT. Due to base access and security requirements, a secure, two-step RSVP process has been established.
