Scope: Provide new commercial or COTS dual-axis digital autocollimators; used, reconditioned, or remanufactured units are not accepted.
Quantity: The estimated quantity is 39 units, with no guarantee that all units will be ordered.
Technical Specs: Units must meet Purchase Description 26M-258A-OP Revision 2 dated June 16, 2026.
Contract Term: The firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract will cover five years with one additional option year.
Proposal Requirements: Submit a commercial or COTS evaluation unit, line-by-line technical response, warranty, pricing documents, and required company information.
Compliance: Maintain active SAM registration, use PIEE/WAWF for electronic invoicing, and provide FOB destination delivery to AFMETCAL.
