No, we do not need that included. It was stated that for utility locating to contact the PM/COR 14 days prior to needing marked, however, the SOW also states to be ready to begin work 10 days after approval. Are we able to change that to begin work once utilizes are marked? For liability reasons we will not be digging, trenching, plowing, boring, ect until all utilities are marked.
