Department of Agriculture (USDA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Ohio City: Elyria Delineated Area: Northern Border: Starting at the Corner of Baumhart Rd and Interstate 90 heading east to Interstate 80 and continuing east to Route 83 Eastern Border: Corner of 80 and Rt 83 South to Route 18 (Norwalk Road) Southern Border: Corner of Route 18 heading west to the corner of Hawley Road. Heading South to the corner of Jones Road. Head west to the Corner of Rt 511. Western Border: Corner of Route 511 and Jones road heading North to Vermilion Road and continuing north to Interstate 90.

The parking lot shall have pull-through capabilities and shall not be obstructed by adjacent building and/or tenant usage. Pull through parking must accomodate farm style trucks pulling trailers and provide ample space for entering and exiting the parking area. Access road and parking area shall be paved. The space offered, its location, and its surrounding areas must be compatible with the Government�s intended use.
