This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Refer to the attachments for additional details. This requirement is for one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order for dental equipment, located at Warm Springs, Oregon.
This will be a brand name or equal request for three (3) each of the ConMed Micropower High Speed electric drill and three (3) each of the ConMed Medium Bur Guard. The required delivery date is 10/31/2026. The delivery location and place of acceptance is 1270 Kotnum Road Warm Springs, Oregon 97761 F.O.B. Destination. (See attachments for details).
