What the gig needs

USDA Forest Service Procurement & Property Services, Incident Procurement Operations, Aviation Branch intends to procure, by means of other than full and open competition Airbus AS-332L1 Super Puma Helicopter. The intent is to negotiate a two-phase firm fixed price purchase order with Precision Integrated Programs, LLC., to procure Crash Attenuating Seat Assemblies Structural Fabrication and Installation on an Airbus AS-332L1 Super Puma Helicopter. This service includes the following: Phase I - Manufacturing: The offeror shall manufacture all parts/placards/assemblies required for one full installation of crash attenuating seats. Phase II - Assembly and Installation: The offeror shall hold an FAA part 145 Certified Repair Station (CRS) certificate with an Airframe Class 4 rating or Super Puma helicopter limited rating.

The firm fixed purchase order will be for the services provided herein. The anticipated award date is October 1, 2026. This is a sole source solicitation to Precision Integrated Programs, LLC. No other sources will be considered.

This requirement is not set aside for small business.
