This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is for one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order for contracted Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to support the Medical Program at the Warm Springs Service Unit (WSSU), Warm Springs, Oregon. The purpose of this requirement is to provide supplemental professional medical and nursing to ensure continuity of patient care services and access to care.
The contracted CMA or LPN shall assist in maintaining safe, accurate, and effective dental services while supporting ongoing clinical operations and compliance with applicable standards of care.
