- Ordering: As-needed orders throughout the year; quantities may range from 1 item to 100+ items depending on need and stock
- Delivery: Standard single-floor delivery, by appointment, between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM
- Quality: New products only; reworked items, seconds, refused products, and unauthorized substitutions are not acceptable
