Answer 1. Manual sliding gates Question 2. Field Measurements / Site Access: The PWS requires the contractor to verify all measurements prior to submitting a quotation. Will the Government conduct a scheduled site visit or otherwise provide access to Load Line 6 for prospective contractors to perform the required field verification before the quotation due date?
Answer 2. Can either have a scheduled site visit day or be available when needed by appointment with prospective contactors, although until clearing is complete not much to see. Question 3. Fence Alignment / Drawings: Are drawings, site plans, maps, or other documents available identifying the exact proposed fence alignment and locations of the two 20-foot gates?
Answer 3. Fence Alignment drawing was provided (also see attached here, once clearing is complete, BDE 12T assets will be used to layout alignment. Question 4. Completion Schedule: The PWS states a six-month period of performance from contract award; however, the solicitation instructions require a proposed schedule demonstrating completion prior to December 1, 2026.
