What the gig needs
We are seeking quotes for repair of a circuit card assembly at the contractor's facility.
- Turnaround Time: Complete final Government inspection and acceptance within 57 days after the asset is received.
- Government Inspection: Government Source Inspection is required.
- Freight Terms: Freight is FOB Origin and handled by the Navy under the Commercial Asset Visibility Statement of Work.
- CAV Reporting: Report receipt transactions in CAV by the end of the fifth regular business day using the actual physical receipt date.
- Quote Details: Provide unit and total prices, RTAT, CAGE and performance location information, and any beyond-repair evaluation fee.
- Late Delivery: Unexcused failure to meet the RTAT will result in a quoted per-unit, per-month price reduction.
