We are seeking quotes for repair of a 12-slot VME chassis at the contractor's facility.
Repair turnaround: Complete repair, final inspection, and Government acceptance within 200 days after asset receipt.
Government inspection: Government Source Inspection is required.
Asset reporting: Report receipt and all transactions in the Commercial Asset Visibility system by the end of the fifth regular business day after receipt.
Freight terms: Freight is FOB Origin and will be handled by the Navy.
Quote details: Provide unit and total prices, turnaround time, applicable RMA, performance-location CAGE codes, and beyond-repair testing and evaluation pricing.
Option quantity: The Government intends to add an option for increased quantity to the contract.
