This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12FPC326Q0043 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Cedar Creek Watershed 16 and 16A Remedial Repairs. The upstream wave berm repair for both Sites 16 and 16A will consist of stripping and stockpiling the topsoil from the embankment eroded area; performing excavation and earthfill activities to achieve the specified rock riprap subgrade; placing and anchoring geotextile fabric on the approved subgrade; placing rock riprap to the required thickness and limits as shown in the construction drawings; backfilling the toe of the rock riprap with earthen materials; blending the earthwork above the rock riprap into the existing embankment; establishing vegetation; and removing and reconstructing fence as shown on the construction drawings.
