We are seeking quotes for building automation system support at the VA medical centers in Portland, Oregon, and Vancouver, Washington.
Scope: Maintain and service BAS hardware and software, including proactive upgrades, preventive maintenance, programming, and VA staff training.
Onsite Schedule: Provide onsite support two days per week, normally one day at each campus, with consecutive visits as specific needs require.
Certification: Contractors must be certified to operate Delta Controls and have completed the Fundamental Technical Certification Exam.
Staff Training: Train VA facilities staff to use, program, and troubleshoot the BAS.
Records Compliance: Employees handling records must complete VA records management training, including required initial, annual, and refresher training.
Contract Term: The contract has one base year and two option years.
