We are seeking quotes for manufacture of shear bolts at the contractor’s named production facility.
Required Design: Bolts must match CAGE 07309 reference numbers 114435015 and 114451003 FN 9.
Item Marking: Each item must be physically identified in accordance with MIL-STD-130, Revision N, dated November 16, 2012.
Technical Documents: Drawings and technical data are unavailable, and the contractor must obtain the listed reference documents.
Inspection: Material inspection is at source, with packaging inspection and final acceptance at the designated CAGE address.
Design Changes: Substitutions or changes to design, material, servicing, or part number require Contracting Officer approval except as stated for Code 1 changes.
Electronic Invoicing: Invoices and receiving reports must be submitted electronically through PIEE-WAWF.
