We are seeking quotes for bellows at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard IMF, Bremerton, WA.
Set-Aside: 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside under FAR Parts 12 and 13.5, firm fixed-price supply contract.
Delivery: FOB Destination to PSNS IMF Bldg 514, Bremerton, WA 98314-5001, required on or before August 31, 2026.
Quote Requirements: Must include CAGE code, manufacturer name and CAGE, country of manufacture, part number per CLIN, and original manufacturer spec sheets (copies not accepted).
SAM Registration: Offeror must be currently registered in SAM.gov to be eligible for award.
NIST Compliance: If not COTS, contractor must have a current NIST SP 800-171 assessment per DFARS 252.204-7019 (no older than 3 years); COTS items are exempt.
Submission: Submit fully completed and signed RFQ package with redacted manufacturer/distributor quote via email to vera.anderson@dla.mil before the closing deadline.
