This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. (ii) Solicitation number FA468626QS018 is issued as an RFQ. (iii) Solicitation FA468626QS018 and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01.

Other NAICS codes will be considered if the required small-business size standard of $19.0M is met. Offerors shall return completed as part of quote submission. (vi) This requirement is for the 9th Force Support Squadron (9FSS) at Beale AFB.
