This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) under solicitation number: W50S7H-26-Q-A003. Description: The 172nd MSANG intends to award a single Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract to the responsible offeror who submits the lowest-priced quotation that meets all minimum requirements stated in this RFQ.
The Government will first review each quotation to determine if it is fully compliant with all the requirements of the RFQ. To be considered for award, a quotation must satisfy both of the following conditions: To be considered compliant, the offeror�s quotation must affirmatively demonstrate that the proposed items meet al of the following minimum requirements: It must be complete. The offeror must provide a price for all requested items and quantities as specified for each item. It must be technically compliant.
All items quoted must meet or exceed every minimum specification detailed in this RFQ, newer model EUDs will be considered first as well as fastest delivery date. Any quotation that fails to meet one or more minimum specifications, or that does not provide a price for all requested items, will be determined non-compliant and will be ineligible for award. From the pool of fully compliant quotations, the award will be made to the offeror with the lowest total evaluated price. The Government reserves the right to make no award at all.
