Mission Scope: The vessel will support monitoring, coral restoration, water sampling, mooring buoys, reef and fish surveys, partner missions, education and outreach, and emergency response.
Passenger Capacity: The vessel shall carry science and dive parties of up to nine people total.
Delivery Period: The vessel must be delivered within 15 months of award.
