We are seeking quotes for a 100 MB commercial intra-Europe telecommunications circuit.
Circuit Scope: Establish a 100 MB commercial circuit operating intra-Europe.
Vendor Prerequisite: Telecommunication Providers must hold a current DITCO Basic Agreement (BA) signed by both parties before submitting any quote.
Pricing Structure: All quotes must break out Monthly Recurring Charge (MRC), Non-Recurring Charge (NRC), and any tiered pricing for additional service months.
Evaluation Method: Award will use Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection.
Access Requirement: Restricted solicitation; attachment access requires submitting your UEI or CAGE code — requests without it will be rejected.
Set-Aside Status: This acquisition is not set aside for small business concerns.
