This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.2, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number: PANNGB-26-P-0000-038241 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation number shall be referenced on any written quote provided under this RFQ.
This acquisition is a 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 811310, Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance with a size standard of $12.5M and PSC J043-Maint/Repair/Rebuild of Equipment-Pumps and Compressors will be utilized. Regulatory Authority: This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference (see Attachment 2). This document incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2026-01 Effective 13 March 2026 and the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) as applicable.
