We are seeking quotes for stormwater outfall repair and extension work on Absecon Island in Atlantic County, New Jersey.
Base Scope: Repair or extend existing Atlantic Ocean coastline outfalls and drainage structures in Atlantic City, Ventnor City, Margate City, and Longport Borough.
Additional Options: Options may include added outfall repairs and accessways across boardwalks and dunes inside and outside the base areas.
Related Work: Work includes pipe supports, pile driving, demolition, structure relocation or removal, fill, and possible pedestrian, vehicle, and ADA-compliant dune crossovers.
Contract Magnitude: The estimated base work value is between $15 million and $20 million.
Performance Period: Complete the work within 480 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed.
Bid Compliance: Bidders must be registered in SAM and PIEE when submitting bids, and bids must be submitted through the PIEE Solicitation Module.
