The NVARNG Purchasing and Contracting Division, on behalf of the 991 Aviation BN, requires a replacement of a fuel farm motor, pump, and meter to pull fuel from the underground tanks into refueling vehicles. Previous damage to the fuel farm�s Scully switch and bypass of the safeguards on it placed undue stress on the motor, pump and meter, which have failed. The motor or pump have seized and the fuel farm is unable to deliver fuel from the tanks into the HEMTT refueler vehicles. Please refer to the attached "PWS- Fuel Farm Pumps and Motor Replacement" for a full description of the requirment.
Interested vendors may use the attached SF1449 to submit a quote or use their own company-formatted document. 1. To ensure the timely and equitable evaluation of quotations, vendors must follow the instructions contained herein. Vendors are required to meet all solicitation requirements, including terms and conditions, representations and certifications, and technical requirements, in addition to those identified as evaluation factors and sub-factors, if applicable.
2. SAM (System for Award Management): in order to be considered for a contract award, the company must be registered and active in the SAM database at the time of submission of offer at: www.sam.gov. 3. By submission of an offer, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee shall be registered in the SAM database prior to award, during performance and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation.
