We are seeking quotes for repair, test, and inspection of an Optical Reader, Data (NSN 7025-01-449-7553, P/N 13945) for the U.S. Navy.
Repair Scope: Disassemble, inspect, repair, reassemble, and test units to Ready for Issue (RFI) condition per contractor's own publications and repair process.
Turnaround Time: Required RTAT is 191 days from physical receipt of each asset at the contractor's facility.
Induction Window: Assets must be inducted within 365 days of contract award; any asset received after that date requires bilateral agreement with the NAVSUP WSS Contracting Officer.
Throughput Constraint: Contractor must declare a monthly throughput capacity for this NSN at time of offer.
Quality & Deviations: Higher-level contract quality requirements apply; any deviation from approved repair procedures requires Basic Design Engineer acceptance via Form 1694 routed through DCMA/ACO.
Warranty: 12-month warranty applies to all repaired supplies; Government must notify contractor within 60 days of defect discovery.
