What the gig needs

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to solicit for anesthesia units (to include warranty, maintenance and training) for inclusion into the National Equipment Catalog (NEC). This is a Request for Proposals (RFP) for anesthesia units at the national level. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to establish Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contracts. This solicitation will result in multiple awards.

The ID/IQs will cover the entire nation. The contract s performance period is for ten years, inclusive of a five-year base period and one, five-year option period. Telephone requests for information or questions will NOT be accepted. PLEASE SUBMIT QUESTIONS REGARDING THIS RFP NO LATER THAN 4PM EST ON FRIDAY, AUGUST 21, 2026.
