We are seeking quotes for a battery set (SWCS) procurement on behalf of the U.S. Navy.
Scope & Quantity: Supply one lot of 6 battery sets; production lot requires a minimum of 920 cells.
First Article Testing: First article test is required; the contracting officer may waive it if identical supplies were previously delivered and accepted.
Production Lot Testing: Production lot test samples or report must be presented to the GQAR by the scheduled delivery date; government has 180 days to approve or disapprove.
Delivery Schedule: Production lot test samples due 150 days after order; additional lots due 60 days after prior lot submittal; sample lot delivery due 30 days after approval.
Set-Aside & Contract Type: Total small business set-aside; firm-fixed-price contract with a one-year warranty from date of delivery.
Proposal Submission: Complete signed RFP package required by closing date; emailed proposals accepted, NECO quotes and faxes are not accepted.
