We are seeking quotes for repair of a Power Supply (NSN-identified) for the U.S. Navy.
Scope of Work: Repair of one Power Supply unit; contractor must verify nomenclature, part number, and NSN prior to quoting.
Repair Turnaround: Government requires a 90-day RTAT, measured from physical receipt of the asset at the contractor's facility to Government acceptance.
Inspection Requirement: Government Source Inspection (GSI) is required; all assets must receive final Government inspection and acceptance within the contractual RTAT.
Freight Handling: All freight is FOB Origin and handled by the Navy per the Commercial Asset Visibility (CAV) Statement of Work.
CAV Reporting: Contractor must report all asset transactions in the CAV system within five business days of physical receipt.
Period of Performance: Option for increased quantity may be exercised within 365 days after contract award.
