We are seeking quotes for manufacturing a 5VDC power supply for the U.S. Navy.
Part Number: The power supply must meet the material and physical requirements for P/N HB5-3/OUP-A or -AG (54407).
Product Marking: Items must be marked under the applicable military standards, including MIL-STD-130, MIL-STD-1285 Method 1, MIL-STD-454 Requirement 67, or MIL-P-15024/5.
Inspection: The contractor must perform required inspections, and government source inspection under FAR 52.246-2 is required.
Configuration Control: Engineering changes, deviations, and waivers must follow MIL-STD-973 procedures.
Records Packaging: Inspection records must be retained for 365 days after final delivery, and MIL-STD-2073 packaging applies.
Small Business: This procurement is a total small business set-aside.
