OEM Authorization: Non-OEM offerors must identify the OEM by company name and CAGE code and provide an OEM-signed distributor authorization letter.
Quality Requirements: The work is subject to fixed-price supply inspection and a higher-level contract quality requirement.
Warranty: Provide a one-year warranty after delivery, with defects reportable within 45 days of discovery.
Compliance: The award will be a DO-rated order under DPAS and is subject to applicable Buy American, trade agreement, cybersecurity, and security requirements.
