We are seeking quotes for manufacturing and supplying a coil assembly for delivery to the government-designated destination.
Technical documents: The contractor must follow the IRPOD, drawings, specifications, standards, and other technical documents at their specified revision levels.
Mandatory review: Vendors must review the material IRPOD available through the password-protected BPMI site.
Document revisions: Different document revisions may not be combined, and alternate revisions require written contracting officer approval.
Quality inspection: Supplies are subject to fixed-price inspection and government acceptance requirements.
Deviations: Technical exceptions, delivery extension requests, and waiver or deviation requests must be identified and explained to the contracting officer.
Quote validity: Quoted pricing must remain valid for 60 days after closing unless the vendor specifies another period.
