THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS AND COMMERCIAL SERVICES. The Department of the Army, Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Stewart, intends to issue a competitive, unrestricted, firm-fixed-price purchase order for the 3rd Infantry Division G2 Electronic Security System (ESS) Upgrade at Fort Stewart, Georgia. The requirement includes the upgrade, installation, integration, programming, testing, commissioning, documentation, training, and acceptance of electronic security, physical access control, and intrusion-detection-system capabilities. The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation, tools, and other resources necessary to perform the requirement in accordance with the solicitation and its attachments.
The requirement includes integration with the Government�s existing electronic security infrastructure. Applicable physical access control system products and integrated solution components shall meet the requirements identified in the Performance Work Statement and solicitation attachments. The contractor must meet applicable installation-access, personnel-security, technical qualification, and manufacturer authorization requirements. This acquisition is issued under FAR Part 12 commercial procedures and simplified acquisition procedures.
The anticipated award is a single firm-fixed-price purchase order with a 120-calendar-day period of performance after award. PSC: N063, Installation of Equipment�Alarm, Signal, and Security Detection Systems. NAICS: 561621, Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths). The Government intends to award to the responsible quoter submitting the lowest evaluated total price whose quotation is determined technically acceptable.
