The United States Coast Guard is seeking proposals and bids for Grounds Maintenance Services as described herein for the U.S. Coast Guard Sector San Diego and the Point Loma Housing Quarters in San Diego, California. Sector San Diego is the Pacific Areas Southernmost Coast Guard Base, This Location is home to two 87� Patrol Boats, four Jayhawk H-60 helicopters, a Joint Harbor Operations Center and multiple supporting units that are located on sixteen (16) acres of improved grounds. Point Loma Senior Housing Quarters � Located at 2465 Cabrillo Rd. San Diego, CA 92106. There are 3 homes, including a Lighthouse and ancillary buildings that are documented as historical landmarks built in 1892 and are on located on six (6) acres, three (3) acres of which are improved grounds.
This location is located within the Cabrillo National Park grounds. Commercial Services Override (FAR 12) FAR Part 12 Request for Offer (RFO) and FAR overhaul overrides all previous associated clauses related to commercial services within this contract.
