This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for small business concerns. North American Industrial Classification Standard 333515applies to this solicitation; business size standard is 500 employees. The Contracting Officer reserves the right to award under a different NAICS if the company qualifies as a small business under the solicited NAICS.
