If you experience any difficulty at receiving or access to the project specific documents, send an email request to Contracting Points of Contact listed to have a DoD Safe document transmission. In the email, please provide email addresses for Prime Contractor ONLY points of contact to have the DoD Safe link sent to. Do not include any Sub-Contractor email addresses. After review of the attached project specific documents, please send an email to the Contracting Points of Contact as an RSVP stating you are interested in attending the Initial Site Visit.?
You must attend the site visit to be eligible to submit a proposal. Your RSVP email must be received by 2:00pm CT on 23 July 2026.?
