Scope of Work: Base bid covers natural gas generators, microgrid controls, and general work; options include a PV solar array (Option 1) and a battery energy storage system/BESS (Option 2).
Cost Magnitude: Estimated project value is between $7,000,000 and $9,000,000.
Controls Compatibility: All equipment interfacing with base DDC infrastructure must be compatible with Honeywell Niagara 4.
Set-Aside & NAICS: Total small business set-aside under NAICS 237130 with a $45.0M size standard.
Procurement Method: Sealed bidding (FAR 14) under commercial construction services (FAR 12); award goes to lowest responsive, responsible bidder on price.
