We are seeking quotes for repair and modification of three flap assemblies at the contractor's facility.
Scope: Repair, test, and inspect each flap assembly under the solicitation requirements.
Turnaround Time: Government inspection and acceptance are required within 119 days after receipt of each asset.
Performance Period: Assets must be received within 365 days after contract award unless later authorized by bilateral agreement.
Materials: Do not use MIL-W-81381 wire; use SAE-AS22759 series wire instead.
Paint Requirements: Strip yellow-painted items and repaint them white using the specified pretreatment, primer, and coating systems.
Training Certification: If MIL-STD-454 applies, personnel performing IPC/EIAJ-STD-001C tasks must be trained and certified as required by that standard.
